A much more diverse Top 10 best productivity iPad applications – September 2012
This last month has seen moves among the top 10 productivity apps for the iPad as new applications are emerging and they are neither for PDF management neither for note taking (TOP 10 August 2012). Those last 2 categories dropped in September, dividing their number by 2. (AppAnnie figures).Indeed, four new paid productivity applications integrate the top 10 best productivity apps:
Among these four new applications, three of them are neither professional note taking apps neither applications for annotating, importing or exporting documents. There is an increasing interest of professionals for applications related to the work environment that confirms the BYOD phenomenon (bring your on device) growth in business: print, manage documents, translate. However, the unbeatable Apple applications (Numbers, Keynote and Pages) still ranks in the TOP5 while note taking applications applications (notability) and applications for reading, annotating or importing documents (Documents to go, Good Reader and PDF, XLS, PPT, TXT Reader) still represent more than 30% of those TOP 10. |
