Beesy 1.60 is out and we hope it will make one of the Best Organizer App for iPad !

We started 2013 with our 1.50 release, enabling a set of new features to increase your work productivity. Today’s release, Beesy 1.60, provides 3 new features that you should help you considerably improve your efficiency at work. We think those new features will make of Beesy 1.60 one of the best organizer App for iPad.
You will find below the list of new features that we added to 1.60. Most of them have been long awaited and some of you requested them several times. Here they are !
Let’s have a deeper look at what’s new in this release !

1. Automated meeting follow-up

In Beesy 1.50, we did give you the opportunity to create a note from an existing one, enabling you somehow to generate and reuse meeting templates for recurring meetings that you have every week. Using this feature, you were able to reuse existing topics and automatically add former participants to the meeting.
From 1.60, we’re taking this to a new level of efficiency, as you will be able to automatically follow-up on a meeting – be it a one shot calendar event or a recurrent meeting. Using this new feature, Beesy will now automatically carry over any uncompleted action from the previous meeting, in the correct topic.
You will also be able to browse this meeting and all former ones as if you had a real paper notebook: simply flip pages and you will go right back to the precedent meeting. Keep flipping and you will be able to browse any meeting in the follow-up history.

2. Sync Beesy with Dropbox

Do you like the Evernote export feature for your report ?
You might as well love the sync with Dropbox…
Once connected to your account, you will be able to export all your report data to Dropbox in a single tap: reports, attachment and even the PDF report if you have this option enabled. Beesy will take care of generating the correct directories: per notes, people, project or type of actions.
You will be able to backup your reports very easily and find them back in a few clicks on any equipment where you’re running Dropbox…

3. Export your minutes and reports in PDF

Instant meeting minutes is one of the key feature of Beesy and many of you requested the ability to export it in PDF.
This is now possible within the App: you can export all your reports in PDF file format. The report will include all attachment files, at the right place in the reports, much as the Evernote export does…
